The information including the Prospectus relating to the Fund is provided to you for information purposes only and is not meant to constitute marketing. The provision of the Prospectus does not amount to an offer or a solicitation to invest in the Fund. BlackRock have not considered the suitability of investing in the Fund against your individual needs and risk tolerance and therefore investing directly with BlackRock is not possible. Prospective investors should seek independent advice prior to making a decision to invest in this product and its suitability.  The BlackRock Multi Alternatives Growth Fund (the “Fund”) has a ninety-nine-year life, which may be extended further by up to three years. An investment in the Fund offers limited liquidity and should be regarded as long-term in nature. Consequently, this product is not suited to investors unwilling or unable to commit capital for a long period of time. BlackRock only intend to offer the Fund to certain retail investors. Eligible investors are described in the Fund's prospectus. BlackRock treat investors fairly. Investors in the same share class will be treated the same, though different terms may be applied to different share classes of the Fund. An ELTIF is a risky and illiquid investment. Investors should in accordance with the ELTIF regulation ensure that only a small proportion of their overall investment portfolio is invested in an ELTIF such as this Fund. The Fund may use derivatives only to seek to mitigate certain risks, in accordance with its hedging policy described in Section 5 of the General Section "Investment Objectives and Strategies". Derivatives instruments are financial contracts, the value of which is tied to another financial asset. The use of derivative instruments may overall increase the risk profile of the Fund. Under the PRIIPs regulation, BlackRock is obliged to identify the risk of the fund on the basis of a risk indicator, the so-called SRI (Summary Risk Indicator). BlackRock have classified this Fund as 4 out of 7, which is a medium risk class. This classification is not guaranteed and may change over time and is not a reliable indication of the future risk profile of the Fund. The risk indicator assumes you keep the product for 7 years. The actual risk can vary significantly if you sell your product at an early stage and you may get back less. You may not be able to sell your product easily. Please read the PRIIPs Key Investor Document (PRIIPs KID) which gives more information about the risk profile of the investment. There are risks involved in investment in private equity. These are described in the Fund's prospectus.

Key Risks

Counterparty Risk: The insolvency of any institutions providing services such as safekeeping of assets or acting as counterparty to derivatives or other instruments, may expose the Fund to financial loss.
The value of the Fund can fall when markets decline, and these falls can be sudden and hard to predict. Local, regional or global events events such as war, recession, inflation or public health crises can have an impact on the Fund's investments and reduce the value of your investment.
This is a long-term investment for investors who can accept the risks associated with making highly speculative, illiquid investments in privately negotiated transactions. The Fund’s shares will not be tradeable on a public exchange and can generally only be redeemed through the Manager's limited redemption process. Most of the Fund's investments cannot easily be sold, and legal or contractual limits may make it difficult to exit when you want to.
Shareholders do not control how the Fund is run or which investments it buys and sells. Shareholders will not have an opportunity to evaluate specific assets prior to investing.
The Fund is relatively new and has little past performance or track record to help you assess it. Performance will depend upon the availability of suitable investment opportunities. There is no guarantee that a positive performance outcome will be achieved.
The Fund can borrow funds to invest. The use of leverage (i.e. debt financing) can boost returns but also increases losses and makes the value of your investment more volatile.
BlackRock is a large global business serving many clients. Accordingly, situations can arise where its interests, or those of its other clients, conflict with this Fund. These conflicts are managed, but you should consider them carefully. Section 13 of the General section of the Prospectus sets out the conflicts of interest which may exist in the structure and operation of the Umbrella and the Fund in further detail.
The laws, taxes and regulations affecting the Fund can change during its life, and the rules for ELTIFs are still relatively new. Legal, tax and regulatory changes could increase costs, reduce opportunities or affect how the Fund is run and how it performs.
Suitable investments that help the Fund achieve its return objectives may not always be available when needed. This could limit the Fund's ability to invest its committed capital and affect returns.
Sustainability risk refers to the investment risk attached to environmental, social or governance (ESG) events or issues, such as climate change, transition risk, and weak governance. Sustainability risk factors may have a material impact on an investment and may also increase the volatility, affect liquidity and result in a loss to the value of shares or other interests in the investment.
The Fund may invest in privately owned companies that are not listed on a stock exchange and may be more difficult to sell. These investments involve a high level of risk, can be unpredictable and are often illiquid. Investors seeking to redeem their holdings can experience significant delays and fluctuations in value.
The Fund may invest in equity or debt, or equity or debt related instruments, linked to infrastructure assets. Risks associated with infrastructure assets may materially affect Infrastructure investments. Investments in Infrastructure assets are typically illiquid and investors seeking to redeem their holdings in an Infrastructure Fund can experience significant delays and fluctuations in value.
Fixed income investments are subject to both interest rate risk and credit risk. Changes in interest rates may affect the market value of the debt securities held by the Fund and the Fund's profitability. Credit risk refers to the possibility that a borrower will not be able to repay the principal and make interest payments. A deterioration in a borrower's creditworthiness or a default could reduce the value of the investment and result in losses for the Fund.
The Fund may invest in Real Estate Funds. Real estate asset values are a matter of a Valuer's opinion rather than fact and can fall sharply with a downturn in the real estate market, economic conditions and the risks associated with buying, owning, operating and selling real estate.
The Fund may hold a small number of large investments rather than spreading capital across many investments. A risk of having a limited number of investments is that returns realized by investors may be negatively affected by the negative performance of a small number of investments.
Private assets are not traded on public markets. Valuation of private assets involves a degree of judgement and may be based on assumptions, models and limited market data. As a result, valuations may differ from the price achieved if an asset is sold, which could adversely affect the Fund's performance.
