Cynthia Parpa

Cynthia Parpa is a member of BlackRock's Real Assets Research team.

Prior to joining BlackRock, Cynthia was Director, Research and Analysis with the Grosvenor Group which she joined in 2005. In her time with Grosvenor she worked for the Group Holding Company and the Global Fund Management business, where she provided investment guidance on the global real estate markets (private and listed), led strategic and thought leadership initiatives and supported marketing efforts and the development of new funds. Before joining Grosvenor, Cynthia was an investment analyst with a family office in London in charge of new investments.

Cynthia earned an MBA from Imperial College Business School, London and a BEng in Civil Engineering from Queen Mary, University of London. She is a member of the Investment Property Forum, UK.
