Phil Green, Managing Director, is the head of the Global Tactical Asset Allocation team within BlackRock's Multi-Asset Strategies & Solutions (MASS) group. The GTAA team manages multi-asset macro investment strategies including the Tactical Opportunities Fund and Sustainable Balanced Fund and custom mandates for institutional clients around the world.

Phil’s service with the firm dates back to 1999, including his years with Merrill Lynch Investment Managers (MLIM), which merged with BlackRock in 2006. Prior to joining MLIM, Phil was a portfolio manager at Bankers Trust Company.

Phil earned an MBA from the Stern School of Business of New York University and a BS in economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Phil is the author of many articles on investing, some of which have been published in the Financial Analysts Journal, Journal of Foreign Exchange & Money Markets, and the Journal of Investing.

Dan Felder, Director, is a portfolio manager in BlackRock's Multi-Asset Strategies & Solutions (MASS) group where he focuses on investment research for the Global Tactical Asset Allocation (GTAA) team. His responsibilities encompass asset allocation, manager selection, and portfolio construction. The team manages client portfolios with custom objectives where investment views are expressed through benchmark relative, total return, and absolute return products.

Prior to joining the team in 2015, Mr. Felder was an analyst within BlackRock Solution's Portfolio Analytics Group, where he focused on Aladdin implementations and led strategic initiatives to improve BlackRock's analytical capabilities.

Mr. Felder earned an MBA from the New York University Stern School of Business in 2018 and a BS in computer engineering from Brown University in 2011.

Anna Hawley, CFA, Director and senior portfolio manager, is a member of BlackRock's Systematic Active Equity Investment Group. She is responsible for SAE's ESG portfolios.

Ms. Hawley's service with the firm dates back to 2002, including her years with Barclays Global Investors (BGI), which merged with BlackRock in 2009. Previously at BGI, Ms. Hawley was the model manager for the Active Equity Growth funds, and a research analyst in the Active Equity group. Prior to joining BGI, Ms. Hawley was a project manager of credit risk modeling at Fair, Isaac.

Ms. Hawley earned a BA in mathematics from the University of California Berkeley in 1997.

Richard Mathieson, CFA, Managing Director, is a portfolio manager for global equity strategies within BlackRock’s Systematic investment team. Mr. Mathieson is a portfolio manager for several funds in the systematic equities team and leads the management of our Global Equity Market Neutral strategy.

Prior to this, he led the Investment Strategy team in EMEA for systematic equities. Mr. Mathieson's service with the firm dates back to 2002, including his years with Barclays Global Investors (BGI), which merged with BlackRock in 2009. Prior to rejoining BGI in 2008, Mr. Mathieson was an equity analyst for a specialist investment company focused on European financial stocks. Previously he was with BGI as a senior portfolio manager, where he was responsible for managing both long only and market neutral strategies.

Mr. Mathieson qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2000 and holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of Glasgow.

Jasmita Mohan, Director, is a portfolio manager within BlackRock's Systematic Fixed Income ("SFI") team. She is responsible for managing Multi-Sector funds. Prior to taking on her current role as a portfolio manager in 2014, she was a member of Blackrock's Risk and Quantitative Analysis Group, responsible for risk oversight and quantitative analysis for systematic fixed income portfolios. She began her career as an analyst in BlackRock Solutions in 2008.

Ms. Mohan earned a BE in Computer Engineering from University of Delhi in 2007 and a Master's degree in Engineering Management from Duke University in 2008. She is also a FRM Charter holder.

Michael Pensky, CFA, Managing Director, is a portfolio manager on the Global Tactical Asset Allocation team within BlackRock's Multi-Asset Strategies & Solutions (MASS) group. The GTAA team manages multi-asset macro investment strategies including the Tactical Opportunities Fund and Sustainable Balanced Fund and custom mandates for institutional clients around the world.

Michael’s service with the firm dates back to 2012. Prior to joining BlackRock, he was a trading desk strategist in Morgan Stanley's Securitized Products Group and worked as a senior analyst in Foreign Exchange Sales & Trading at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey.

Michael earned BS degrees in mathematics and finance from the University of Florida and an MFE degree in financial engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.

Michael’s interests include top-down macro investing and multi-asset portfolio design & management. Outside of work, he enjoys playing musical instruments and running.

Scott Radell, Managing Director, is the Head of San Francisco Core Portfolio Management (Core PM) within BlackRock’s Systematic investment team. He is responsible for the management and oversight of all the Americas Index, iShares, and model based active fixed income funds.

Mr. Radell's service with the firm dates back to 2003, including his years with Barclays Global Investors (BGI), which merged with BlackRock in 2009. Prior to his current role, he was a portfolio manager responsible for BGI's active investment grade long-only and long-short portfolios. Prior to joining BGI, Mr. Radell served for over seven years as an analyst for corporate bond and Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities for Morgan Stanley Investment Management. Mr. Radell began his career as a fixed income client service and mortgage analyst at BARRA.

Mr. Radell earned a BA degree in quantitative economics and decision sciences from the University of California at San Diego in 1992.

Raffaele Savi, Senior Managing Director, is Global Head of BlackRock Systematic (BSYS). He is also Co-Chief Investment Officer and Co-Head of Systematic Active Equities. He is a member of BlackRock’s Global Executive Committee and its Investment Sub Committee.

As head of BSYS, Mr. Savi leads the firm’s quantitative investing teams, including fixed income, equity and factor strategies.

In 2006, Mr. Savi joined Barclay's Global Investors (BGI), which merged with BlackRock in 2009. At BGI, Mr. Savi was global head of portfolio management for active equities and also served as its head of investments for European active equities.

Mr. Savi joined BGI from Capitalia where he held several executive roles in its asset management division between 1998 and 2005. His industry experience includes serving as board member and advisor to several pension funds and investment companies.

He was Adjunct Professor of Quantitative Finance at the University of Rome from 2002 to 2006, and since 2022, he has been a lecturer for the Master of Financial Engineering Program at Haas School of Business at University of California, Berkeley.

Mr. Savi earned a degree in electronic engineering from the University of Rome in 1997.
