Isabelle Rucart, CFA, PRM, is Head of Americas Product Strategy for BlackRock Private Markets Solutions, where she oversees the commercial function of the firm’s Alternative Portfolio Solutions (“APS”) and Direct Private Opportunities (“DPO”) businesses. In this capacity, she leads capital formation, investor relations, and product development across private market solutions for wealth and institutional clients in the US, Canada, and Latin America.
Since joining BlackRock in 2013, Isabelle has held senior leadership roles spanning multiple regions and businesses. She launched and scaled the iShares EMEA Sustainable Investing franchise, led Strategic Partnerships and Business Development across France, Belgium, and Luxembourg, and served as Chief of Staff to the Head of BlackRock’s Global Client Business, where she drove C-suite engagement, advanced firmwide strategic initiatives, and managed the Global Executive Committee agenda.
Earlier in her career, Isabelle gained broad international experience in global finance as a Credit Trader at UBS in London, Credit Analyst at Société Générale in New York, and consultant on AMF regulation in Paris.
She is a graduate of ESCP Europe with a Master’s degree in Finance, holds an MBA from Tongji University in Shanghai, and was awarded the French National Education Prize by the Ministry of Education and Academy of Sport in 2006.
In addition to her professional responsibilities, Isabelle serves on the Board of NYU La Maison Française, a distinguished institution of the prestigious university dedicated to French culture and intellectual life in the United States.
