Anna Hawley, CFA

Anna Hawley, CFA is a senior portfolio manager and head of ESG portfolio management in BlackRock's Systematic Active Equity (SAE) team. She manages a suite of ESG portfolios, is responsible for integrating ESG insights into core systematic funds and developing custom ESG solutions.

Prior to her current role, Ms. Hawley led ESG PM within the Global SAE team since 2015.

Ms. Hawley's service with the firm dates back to 2002, including her years with Barclays Global Investors (BGI), which merged with BlackRock in 2009. Previously at BGI, Ms. Hawley was the model manager for the Active Equity Growth funds, and a research analyst in the Active Equity group. Prior to joining BGI, Ms. Hawley was a project manager of credit risk modeling at Fair, Isaac.

Ms. Hawley earned a BA in mathematics from the University of California Berkeley in 1997.
