Amy Halford, Director, leads the UK Retail Client Experience Management (CEM) team within Business Operations.

 

CEM is a global organisation of client service professionals. They are responsible for client account and relationship management, ensuring client business is delivered into BlackRock in an efficient and risk managed way, ensuring the integrity of the client experience.

 

CEM are responsible for managing the day to day service requirements of clients in a post-sale environment, as well as supporting the design and delivery of complex client solutions through pitch to implementation. The team partners closely with the sales businesses and key internal partners to enhance our service capabilities, intermediates between clients and internal BlackRock teams, manages queries related to clients' ongoing services/operational needs and drives the client experience when participating in change management initiatives, such as product, regulatory and operational change to our business and platform. Amy's leadership covers clients within our UK Retail client business.

 

Amy is a member of the Retail Defence Committee.

 

Before moving to her current role in June 2014, Amy worked at UBS Global Asset Management as a Client Service Manager.

 

Amy holds a BA Business Studies degree (1st class honours) from The University of the West of England in Bristol, the Investment Management Certificate (Level 4) and the Investment Administration Qualification.
