Chief Client Officer for Latin America

Ross Znavor, Managing Director, is Chief Client Officer for Latin America responsible for driving BlackRock's client strategy, innovation, and delivering the firm's global capabilities in the region. He is also a member of the Latin America Operating Committee.


Before assuming his current role, Mr. Znavor was Head of Commercialization for Aladdin Wealth Tech focused on business development, technology innovation, platform strategy, and relationship management. In addition, Mr. Znavor has also held roles as Head of Business Development for US Retirement, as a senior member of BlackRock's Institutional Client Group and as a founding member of the firm's Global Retail Technology Executive Committee.


Mr. Znavor's service with the firm dates back to 2000, including his years with Merrill Lynch Investment Managers (MLIM), which merged with BlackRock in 2006. At MLIM he was responsible for strategy within MLIM Institutional and held roles in the Equity and Fixed Income Portfolio Management Groups. Mr. Znavor began his investment career in 1998 in Merrill Lynch's Global Private Client Group.


Mr. Znavor earned a B.S. degree in finance from the University of Central Florida and has also served as a Board Member and Treasurer of the National Arts Club in New York City.
