Diego Mora

Head of the Institutional Segment for Latin America, Country Head for Colombia and Central America

Diego Mora is the Head for the Institutional Segment for Latin America, Country Head for Colombia and Central America, and a member of BlackRock's Latin America Regional Executive Committee.

 

Mr. Mora joined BlackRock in 2006 as part of the Latin America team in San Francisco. In 2008 he moved to Brazil where his team was responsible for elaborating BlackRock's business plan for the country, worked in product development and served as Head of Institutional Sales. In 2012 he moved to Colombia to open BlackRock's office in the country.

 

Prior to BlackRock, Mr. Mora served as Economic Research Analyst and Asset Allocation Specialist at Skandia Pensiones y Cesantias and Citibank, in Bogota, Colombia.

 

Mr. Mora received his MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley, and his BS in Economics from the Universidad de los Andes. Mr. Mora is fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish and conversational in German.
