1. Exposure to Yen-denominated bonds with maturities of 11 years or less, aiming to enhance portfolio diversification and support long term asset growth.

3. Is as an eligible fund under the Growth framework of the NISA program.

Investment Objective

The iShares JPY Investment Grade Corporate Bond Active ETF seeks to achieve long term capital growth by investing primarily in yen denominated investment grade corporate bonds. The fund is actively managed using a relative value approach to identify attractive investment opportunities across the Japanese corporate bond market. The portfolio is managed with reference to the NOMURA BPI Corporate Bonds 1-11 yrs Index, with duration broadly in line with the benchmark. By focusing on issuer creditworthiness and optimizing portfolio construction, the fund aims to deliver consistent performance while pursuing medium to long term growth of the fund’s assets.
