Scott Gladstone

Scott Gladstone, Vice President, is an investment strategist in BlackRock's Factors, Sustainable, and Solutions Group. He is responsible for investment analysis, product structuring, and thought leadership for BlackRock’s systematic factor-based and thematic strategies. Prior to assuming his current responsibilities in 2019, Mr. Gladstone was a software engineer in the Financial Modeling Group within BlackRock Solutions. In that capacity, he focused on developing client-facing technologies that leverage proprietary Aladdin analytics to reframe investors' asset allocation decisions along factor dimensions. He was also responsible for enhancing and maintaining a subset of Aladdin's suite of macro factor risk models.

Mr. Gladstone earned a BA degree, summa cum laude, in Computer Science from Dartmouth College in 2015.
