Company overview and shareholders

BlackRock Saudi Arabia Company was established as a single shareholder closed joint stock company, Commercial Registration No. 1010479419, on 19 November 2018. The Company was authorised by the Capital Market Authority ("CMA"), license no. 18-192-30, in 2 July 2018 to engage in Arranging and Advising in Securities Business and commenced its business on 28 October 2019. BlackRock Saudi Arabia received the CMA approval to commence the Managing investments and operating funds activities in 17 February 2022.

BlackRock Saudi Arabia provide BlackRock’s products and services to sophisticated investors. 

The Company is a wholly owned subsidiary of BlackRock Group Limited (“BGL”) and currently has paid up share capital of SAR 35,000,000.
