Duty to Provide Information to Professional Clients

1. Introduction

This information should be read in conjunction with any marketing material provided to you and constituting the financial service of acquisition or disposal of financial instruments under FinSA.

The purpose of this information is to provide you with the information duties of article 8 and 9 of FinSA and its implementing ordinance (i.e. Swiss Financial Services Ordinance, “FinSO”).

3. Ombudsman

Please note that none of the BlackRock entities listed above is required to affiliate with an Ombudsman under the current provisions of FinSA since they provide financial services exclusively to professional and institutional clients in Switzerland.

4. Information about the financial instrument including risk and cost

For any Swiss domiciled collective investment schemes as well as foreign collective investment schemes that are FINMA registered in Switzerland, information related to risk and cost can be found in the Prospectus, the Prospectus with integrated fund contract and the Key Information Document (or equivalent) available at BlackRock Asset Management Schweiz AG, Bahnhofstrasse 39, 8001 Zurich and published on www.fundinfo.com.

For any other collective investment schemes such information is available in the prospectus and/or any other offering material available at BlackRock Asset Management Schweiz AG, Bahnhofstrasse 39, 8001 Zurich.

5. Information about market offer taken into account

The financial service of acquisition or disposal of financial instruments provided by BlackRock comprises of collective investment schemes/funds and products of the BlackRock Group only, including iShares Exchange Traded Funds.

6. Your segmentation

We qualify you as a professional client pursuant to art. 4 para. 3 FinSA.
