Becci McKinley-Rowe

Becci McKinley-Rowe, Managing Director,is Global Head of BlackRock Fundamental Equities with responsibility for teams and strategies covering global, U.S., international, Europe, UK, APAC and emerging markets across a range of disciplines, styles and themes, including core, growth, value, income, hedge funds, thematics, sectors and sustainability. She was previously Head of Fundamental Active Equities in EMEA.

Ms. McKinley-Rowe chairs the Fundamental Equities Executive Committee and is a member of BlackRock's Global Operating Committee, Portfolio Management Group Executive Committee and EMEA Executive Committee. She also co-chairs the EMEA Investments Executive Committee and serves as the EMEA sponsor of Women in Investments.

Prior to joining BlackRock, Ms. McKinley-Rowe spent 20 years at Morgan Stanley, most recently as Managing Director and Head of Global Equity Sales, based in the UK. She was a member of the EMEA Equity Operating Committee, co-chair of the Diversity Action Council EMEA and co-founder of “Step in Step up,” a school program aimed at attracting female talent to the firm.
