Aaron Lehn

Aaron Lehn, Managing Director, is a member of BlackRock’s Americas Institutional Business. He is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with institutional defined contribution and family office investors throughout the Midwest & Southeast regions of the United States.

Aaron is also a member of the Executive Committee for BlackRock’s Veterans & Allies Network and is Co-Founder of Vests for Vets, an initiative raising awareness and support for service members transitioning to the civilian workforce.

Prior to joining BlackRock in 2014, Aaron was a Senior Consultant at Aon Hewitt where he advised asset management and banking clients on compensation and corporate governance matters. A former U.S. Marine, he deployed throughout Southeast Asia as part of a cross-cultural training program designed to enhance regional cooperation and security and served with the 1st Marine Division during the 2003 invasion of Iraq.

Aaron earned a BA in Economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
