Jessica Tan

Head of Americas, Global Product Solutions

Jessica Tan is Head of Americas for Global Product Solutions and is a member of BlackRock’s Global Executive Committee.

Ms. Tan is responsible for strategy, innovation and commercialization of BlackRock’s investment product platform, aligning product strategies with client needs and market trends, and unlocking new growth opportunities across iShares, active investments, and private markets.

Since joining the firm in 2010, Ms. Tan has held various positions at BlackRock including Head of Sustainable and Transition Solutions, Global Head of Corporate Strategy, Chief of Staff to the CEO, head of the firm's Strategic Partner Program and a member of the Financial Markets Advisory group. Prior to joining BlackRock, Ms. Tan worked at Merrill Lynch and Deutsche Bank.

Ms. Tan earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa with a B.S. in economics from Duke University.
