UK gender pay reporting

In accordance with UK government requirements, as of 2017, each year, BlackRock must report point-in-time gender pay gap data for all UK employees. This is an annual requirement of Her Majesty’s Treasury. The UK Gender Pay Gap regulations give us the opportunity to discuss our progress, as well as our focused efforts to improve.
