Jessica Tan

Jessica Tan, Senior Managing Director, is Head of Global Product Solutions for BlackRock and a member of the firm's Global Executive Committee. She is responsible for strategy, innovation, and commercialization of BlackRock’s investment product platform, aligning product strategies with client needs and market trends, and unlocking new growth opportunities across iShares, active investments, and private markets.

Ms. Tan has held various positions at BlackRock including Head of Americas for Global Product Solutions, Head of Sustainable and Transition Solutions, Global Head of Corporate Strategy, Chief of Staff to the CEO, head of the firm's Strategic Partner Program and a member of the Financial Markets Advisory group. Prior to joining BlackRock, Ms. Tan worked at Merrill Lynch and Deutsche Bank.

Ms. Tan earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa with a B.S. in economics from Duke University.
