EMEA Head of Global Product Solutions
Jane Sloan is EMEA Head of Global Product Solutions and a member of BlackRock’s Global Executive Committee.
Jane is responsible for the business strategy, innovation and commercialization of BlackRock’s investment product platform, aligning product strategies with client needs and market trends, unlocking new growth opportunities across iShares, Active investments and Private Markets. Prior to assuming her current role, Jane was the EMEA Head of iShares and Index Investments, responsible for leading the growth of indexing and UCITS ETF adoption in the region.
Since joining the firm in 2015, Jane has held several leadership roles across iShares, Capital Markets, Sales, Trading and Global Product. Prior to joining BlackRock, Jane was a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs in Corporate Equity Derivatives and has also held a variety of senior roles at Deutsche Bank and Bankers Trust in the equities and capital markets businesses.
Jane graduated from the University of Cambridge with a BA (Hons) in Geography and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young.
