Ellen Bockius

Ellen Bockius, Managing Director, is Head of BlackRock's Global Cash Management Marketing team and US Corporate Treasury Sales team within BlackRock's Trading and Liquidity Strategies Group. In this role, Ms. Bockius drives the Cash Management distribution strategy through compelling campaigns, thought leadership and value-add programs while managing the team of professionals responsible for the development and maintenance of relationships with corporate treasurers across the United States. These efforts serve a diverse client base and support a wide range of global cash management solutions from money market funds to short duration bond funds.

Ms. Bockius is a member of the Cash Management Leadership Committee, a member of BlackRock's MOSAIC Americas leadership team, and co-chairs BlackRock's WIN (Women's Initiative) East.

Prior to moving to her current role in 2010, Ms. Bockius was a product specialist for the cash management business, providing a link between the investment team and account managers. From 2003 to 2007, she was a member of BlackRock's US Wealth Advisory business in various roles, culminating in responsibility for broker dealer relationship management at the national account level. Ms. Bockius joined BlackRock in 2003 after beginning her investment career at Wilmington Trust.

Ms. Bockius earned a BBA degree in finance from the University of Notre Dame.
