Bruce Wan

Director, Head of APAC Research and Strategy for BlackRock Real Assets

Bruce Wan, Director, is the Head of APAC Research and Strategy for BlackRock Real Assets. He leads the real estate and infrastructure market research, analysis and forecasting functions for the Asia-Pacific region, as well as contribute to investment strategies.

 

Prior to joining BlackRock in 2018, Mr. Wan was the Head of Property Research for RF Capital, where he led the research team covering Australian and European markets. Ahead of that, he worked for nine years at Macquarie Capital as the Global Real Estate Strategist, covering direct real estate markets in Asia-Pacific, Europe and North America for a range of institutional advisory, business banking and mortgage lending businesses. Mr. Wan has also served in Senior Economist roles in wholesale funds management and government policy agencies, specifically QIC, Australian Commonwealth Treasury and Queensland Treasury.

 

Mr. Wan holds Bachelor degrees in Economics (Honours) and Commerce from the University of Queensland.
