Diversity and inclusion doesn’t just make our culture stronger, it makes our business better.

Creating Better Results

Our clients face increasingly complex challenges and we must offer a wealth of perspectives, capabilities and insights to serve them. And our clients are diverse themselves—they come from more than 100 countries. We believe that BlackRock has to reflect their diversity in order to meet their unique needs.

We're committed to fostering an inclusive, collaborative culture where every voice is heard and where employees at every level, in every region, can join forces to achieve our common goal—more powerful solutions for our clients.

Our worldwide employee networks, all sponsored by senior leaders, offer our people opportunities for professional development, skill building, mentorship, and more.

Women leaders across BlackRock empower peers and infuse a culture of innovation, inclusion and connection.
